The corrugated steel rod for reinforced concrete reinforcement produced by us meets the quality and specifications according to Dominican standard RTD 458, ASTM A615/A615M, INTE C400 and other manufacturing standards according to the country of destination for export such as COVENIN, JS 33, among others.
The Metaldom rod is the first rod with a Certified Environmental Footprint for the Dominican Republic, Central America and the Caribbean in accordance with ISO 14025 and EN 15804:2012+A.2:2019 standards; this certification contributes to the circular economy, promotes eco-efficiency and can be used to add credits to the LEED certification for sustainable construction.
The rods have mechanical properties that meet the yield and break strength, as well as the elongation and ductility in accordance with the manufacturing standards mentioned above and which are identified on the surface of the bar.
Applications

These are used in the construction of concrete structures and in structural masonry as main reinforcement, longitudinal or transversal, cut and shaped, in elements such as slabs, columns or reinforcement beams.
Presentation and Packaging
Rods are manufactured in lengths of 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 feet, and other special lengths upon customer request. They are packaged in bundles by diameter, number of pieces and weight of 1, 2 tons (metric or short) and special orders.
