During the week of July 18 to 22, the Latin American and Caribbean Climate Week 2022 (LACCW 2022) will take place in Santo Domingo as a regional prelude to COP27 in Egypt to be held in November.

The Government of the Dominican Republic is the host of LACCW 2022. The event is organized by UN Climate Change in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program, the United Nations Environment Program and the Bank Group World.
