Metaldom celebrates Customer Experience Day in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica: one brand, one customer-centric culture

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic | San José, Costa Rica — Under the slogan “Every experience counts,” Metaldom simultaneously celebrated Customer Experience Day in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, a day dedicated to recognizing the importance of every interaction and strengthening the culture of service and experience that distinguishes the brand in the region.

In the Dominican Republic, on October 7, more than 600 employees participated in an immersive experiential journey designed to connect with the different realities and profiles of customers. Through interactive dynamics, the teams experienced firsthand the challenges, expectations, and emotions that accompany each contact with the brand. It was a day full of learning, enthusiasm, and connection, which reaffirmed the commitment to put the customer at the center of everything we do.

Meanwhile, in Costa Rica, the market celebrated this date for the first time on October 13, bringing together more than 30 employees in an activity that combined learning, integration, and fun. The day included workshops on customer experience, a themed photo booth, and a fellowship lunch, promoting collaboration and the shared purpose of providing exceptional service.
